Role OverviewÂ
As we expand our engineering presence in Southeast Asia, we are establishing a strategic technology hub in Hanoi. We are seeking a high-impact QA Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives and drive best-in-class software and network testing practices for our next-generation platforms.Â
The QA Manager at AXON Networks will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts across our telecommunications and enterprise network product lines. This includes test planning, team leadership, automation strategy, and continuous quality improvement. The ideal candidate has deep experience in cloud-native environments, network systems, and software testing at scale.Â

Responsibilities:Â
Lead and mentor the Hanoi QA team in Hanoi responsible for end-to-end testing of AXON’s software and enterprise networking solutions.Â
Design and implement robust and scalable test strategies across functional, regression, performance, and interoperability domains.Â
Build and maintain robust automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.Â
Ensure comprehensive test coverage of telecommunication cloud services and enterprise networking components (e.g., routers, firewalls, SD-WAN).
Collaborate with architects, product management, and support teams to ensure release quality and customer satisfaction.Â
Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and product roadmap discussions to embed quality from the ground up.Â
Drive innovation in QA practices through the use of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies.Â
Define and report on QA metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Â

Requirements:Â
Technical Skills:Â
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Networking, or related disciplineÂ
7+ years of experience in a QA or related position (manual or automated testing) with 3+ years in a leadership roleÂ
Experience with developing or testing Telecommunications, Service Provider or Enterprise solutions (NFV, SDN, LAN/WAN, network security, cloud orchestration)Â
Proficiency working in Linux environments, including command-line systemsÂ
Proficiency in using agile/scrum tools, project management tools and qa management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Testrail, Xray)Â
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripting, Python)Â
Experience with version control tools (e.g. GIT) and containerized environments (e.g. Docker)Â
Strong awareness for networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and distributed networks. Â
Experience in QA Automation Framework and API Testing Tools (e.g. Robot Framework, Postman) is a plusÂ
Experience testing software-defined infrastructure, virtualized network functions (VNFs), or cloud-native network functions (CNFs) is a plusÂ
