As the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you’ll oversee a team of Learning & Development Assessors who evaluate trainee exams, projects, and performance outputs.

Your mission? To ensure every assessment is accurate, consistent, and aligned with Doneverse’s standards of excellence β€” and to lead your team toward continuous improvement.

This role requires flexibility across business-rostered schedules (including AEST, PST, and UK time zones or weekends) as we operate 24/7 to support global talent.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the backbone of our assessment quality β€” ensuring fairness, accuracy, and integrity across every evaluation.
Your day-to-day will include:

  • Overseeing the quality and consistency of exam and project marking
  • Conducting QA audits and calibration checks to ensure alignment with assessment rubrics
  • Coaching and supporting the L&D Assessor team to maintain high performance and reliability
  • Identifying gaps and recommending training or process improvements
  • Collaborating with Training, Allocation, SME, CX, DS and HR to enhance the overall learning experience
  • Maintaining detailed QA documentation, score logs, and audit records
  • Reporting QA trends and insights to leadership for continuous program improvement

What You’ll Need

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, or Assessment Management
  • Marketing agency or digital marketing operations background required
  • Experience leading or managing a QA or training team in a corporate learning environment
  • Strong understanding of evaluation frameworks, marking rubrics, and performance standards
  • Excellent analytical, coaching, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams to uphold quality standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and fairness

Bonus Points For

  • Background in education, instructional design, or training operations
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital assessment tools
  • Certification in Training & Assessment, Quality Management, or Instructional Design
  • Proficiency in data-driven quality reporting using Google Sheets, Excel, or dashboards
