Our client is looking for a strong QA Manager Training and Development to join their team in Centurion.
The Training and Development QA Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and various SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) as far as applications for accreditation and curriculum implementation are concerned.Β This includes compliance management, learning material procurement, review and updates.
The perfect incumbent will have the following skill and experience:

- 3-6 Years experience in training and development
- Degree / Post Grad Degree in Business ManagementΒ
- Experience with instructional design and operations management
- Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
