業務内容

ソニー・ホンダモビリティで開発する車両・サーバーソフトウェア・モバイルアプリの品質保証・品質検証を行う業務です。
・車両全体と車両に搭載されるソフトウェア・サーバーソフトウェア・モバイルアプリシステムに対する、品質評価計画立案、テスト実行、品質レポート作成
・協業先選定を含むテストチームの運営

ソニー・ホンダモビリティではSDV(Software Defined Vehicle)開発に伴いシステム・ソフトウェアの品質保証体制の強化を図ります。
本業務ではソフトウェア・システム品質保証の知見を活かし、お客様がSDVに求める品質の保証を実現していきます。

所属組織

部：10~20名程度   加えて親会社との連携も行っています。

必要となるスキル・経験

必須

・車載系ソフトウェア/車載システムの品質保証経験(CAN等の環境使用経験)
・ソフトウェア開発経験（要件定義〜基本設計〜検証）2年以上
・ソフトウェア品質保証経験（デバイスファームウェア、サーバーソフトウェア、モバイルアプリ） 2年以上
・システム(ハードウェア+ソフトウェア)品質保証経験　2年以上

尚可

・テストチームのリーダー経験
・JSTQB FL/ALホルダー
・テストケース管理ツール、不具合データ管理ツール利用経験
・テスト自動化ツール使用・テストスクリプト作成経験

語学力

英語：TOEIC 650点以上（目安）　海外チームとの協業があります。
日本語：N2以上

Job description

Quality Assurance and Quality Verification for Vehicles, Server Software, and Mobile Applications Developed by Sony Honda Mobility

• Planning and Execution of Quality Evaluation Plans, Test Execution, and Quality Report Creation for the entire vehicle, as well as the software installed in the vehicle, server software, and mobile application systems.
• Management of the Test Team, including the selection of collaboration partners.

Background of Recruitment

Sony Honda Mobility is strengthening its quality assurance system for systems and software in line with the development of Software Defined Vehicles (SDV).

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software and system quality assurance to ensure the quality that customers expect from SDVs. We are looking for passionate engineers who are eager to explore the potential of new technologies and support business growth from a quality perspective alongside our company.

Department: Approximately 10-20 people

Requirements

Required skills

• Over 2 years of experience in software development (from requirements definition to basic design and verification).
• Over 2 years of experience in software quality assurance (including device firmware, server software, and mobile applications).
• Over 2 years of experience in system (hardware + software) quality assurance.

Preferred skills 

• Experience leading a test team
• Experience in quality assurance for automotive software
• Holder of JSTQB FL/AL certification
• Experience using test case management tools and defect data management tools
• Experience using test automation tools and creating test scripts

Language 

English:TOEIC score of 650 or higher (approximate), as there will be collaboration with overseas teams.
Japanese:JLPT N2 level or higher
