QA Software Tester

We’re looking for a QA Software Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our digital platforms. What You’ll Do:

• Test Homevy’s software platforms to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies.
  
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases across multiple devices and browsers.
  
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure the seamless integration of new features.
  
• Conduct manual and automated testing to evaluate system functionality and user experience.
  
• Report and track software defects using appropriate tools, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
  
• Validate that all user-facing elements meet quality standards, including responsiveness, security, and scalability.
  
• Provide feedback to enhance the overall development process and ensure adherence to timelines.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and testing best practices to improve Homevy’s QA processes.
  

Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as a QA Software Tester or in a similar quality assurance role.
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).
  
• Proficiency in identifying, logging, and tracking bugs in a structured manner.
  
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
  
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience testing web and mobile applications for platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO.
  
• Background in UX/UI testing to ensure optimal user experiences.
