We are looking for a QA Test Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives and manage offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution.
• Mentor testers and track quality metrics.
• Manage test cases and defects in ALM, JIRA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of QA experience with 2+ years as a test lead.
• Manual, automation, and performance testing expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
