QA Test Lead –Testing of Newgen LOS(Loan Origination Systems)

Urgent requirement for QA Test Lead –Testing of Newgen LOS(Loan Origination Systems) modules is required for our banking clients in Sharjah ,UAE

• Strong experience on testing activities for Corporate Loan Origination Systems (LOS) using Newgen solutions---Must
• Strong experience on corporate/commercial loan lifecycle – origination to disbursement is Must
• Strong experience in test strategy, test cases, defect tracking, and QA reporting for enterprise banking projects is Must
• Strong experience on Java and Selenium or equivalent automation tools is MUST

QA Test Lead with strong expertise in Corporate Loan Origination Systems (LOS), specifically with Newgen products. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable LOS solutions. This role requires hands-on testing, test automation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of Newgen’s LOS solutions, including workflows, business rules, and system integrations.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring timely closure and quality fixes.
• Test Case Development: Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, ensuring full coverage of functional and integration requirements.
• Test Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities using suitable tools and frameworks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to align testing activities with project goals.
• Reporting: Provide detailed test reports, status updates, and metrics to project management and leadership teams.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Newgen products, particularly Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Strong manual and automated testing expertise across functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in Java and automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 8–10 years of QA experience, including at least 5 years in Corporate LOS testing.
