Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing strategies, hands-on experience with JMeter and observability tools, (Dynatrace) and a working knowledge of systems like Salesforce, FED, Mulesoft, Data Lake, CMS, and GenAI solutions from performance test perspective. This role demands an analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain effective performance testing strategies across multiple systems and platforms.
Use JMeter in conjunction with observability tools to simulate load and analyze system behavior.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance benchmarks and KPIs.
Identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights for system optimization.
Apply best practices in quality assurance methodologies and performance engineering.
Support test automation initiatives and contribute to continuous testing frameworks.
Work with systems including Salesforce, FED, Mulesoft, Data Lake, CMS, and GenAI-based solutions to ensure end-to-end performance coverage.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and DevOps workflows to promote testing as a continuous activity.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
Proficiency with JMeter and integration with observability systems (e.g., Dynatrace, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, FED, Mulesoft, Data Lake, CMS, and GenAI-based applications from performance test parameters perspective.
Deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices for faster delivery and better collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
