Product Engineering Group RAN Performance, PEU-RP, is a unit at Ericsson which is at the forefront of 5G development, including application of innovative technologies such as Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.
As a Test Manager in PEU-RP you will as a technical leader drive and define test analysis of new 5G RAN features, for both Purpose built and Cloud RAN deployments, to secure the most efficient and effective test coverage, which ensures product quality and an optimized product flow. Additionally, you will continuously optimize legacy test coverage using several methods for an appropriate risk level. In this context, you will work closely with a wide network including other technical leaders, program organization, product owners, Systems/Design/Test/Customer Support teams etc., and play an active role in inspiring and educating the test community on test strategies and test practices, to secure all the assigned test activities across product test flow are within approved cost, time, and quality frame.

What you will do:- Actively participate in all development activities, such as requirement analysis, system, architecture, hardware and software design.
- Collaborate in the integration, verification, and simulation processes for optimal product development.
- Contribute to the designing of tools and support for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Play a role in creating comprehensive product documentation.

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericssonโs Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employeeโs contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employeeโs contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericssonโs Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, 3-5 personal days (depending on role), 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and unlimited sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employeeโs start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
