Reltio QA Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reltio QA Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in testing Reltio MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validating data models, match & merge rules, data integration flows, and overall platform functionality to ensure high-quality MDM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Reltio MDM solutions.
• Validate Reltio data models, match & merge rules, survivorship logic, workflows, and UI configurations.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Reltio-based applications.
• Verify data synchronization between Reltio and upstream/downstream systems using APIs or Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data architects to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Log defects, track them to closure, and participate in root cause analysis.
• Support automation initiatives by identifying repetitive test cases suitable for automation.
• Contribute to test documentation, knowledge base, and best practices for QA processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of QA experience with focus on Reltio MDM testing.
• Strong understanding of Reltio platform features – data model, workflows, match & merge rules, and survivorship.
• Experience in testing Reltio APIs and integrations using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Familiarity with data validation, SQL, and JSON for data verification and API testing.
• Good understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality rules.
• Solid experience in defect management using tools like Jira or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
