About the Role:

As a Customer Delivery Test Manager at Evinova, you will  join Evinova’s SAAS Delivery team. You will develop customer delivery testing strategies to ensure Evinova’s delivery of SAAS solutions meets customer requirements with the highest standards of quality.  You will be responsible for documentation of Evinova testing of our customer ready solution prior to delivery to Customer for UAT to meet project requirements. You may represent Evinova in support of Customer UAT including adaptation of test scripts to meet Customer configuration and/or customer facing activities such as participation in Customer meetings.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer-Focused Testing Strategy: Define and execute test strategies tailored to specific customer implementation projects, covering integration, configuration, and UAT.   

  • Delivery & Go-Live Readiness: Lead project level QA efforts including execution of testing to ensure that customized SaaS solutions meet quality standards and business goals, enabling a smooth go-live for customers.   

  • Own out of the box test scripts in partnership with core product test manager for each product release to support Customer testing.  

  • Support Customer UAT process: Adapt out of the box test scripts based on customer’s configuration of the base product in support of Customer UAT 

  • Stakeholder Management: Provide customers with clear testing guidance, helping to manage expectations, and act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams to resolve customer questions about the product, test scripts and test outcomes throughout the customer testing phase. 

  • Defect & Risk Management: Identify, document, and manage bugs in collaboration with internal team to avoid customer deployment delays. 

  • Team Leadership: Lead effort to automate testing for customer delivery and develop best practices. 

  • Project Documentation: Finalize all internal testing documentation for customer deployment, ensuring all SLAs are met and the product is ready for handover. 

  • Evinova SaaS Delivery:  Develop a deep understanding of Evinova SaaS products and roadmap in support of ensuring thorough testing of all requirements during initial implementation and in support of system upgrades and/or updates to the system, integrations and/or data post implementation. Support successful implementation for Customer through representation of Evinova during Customer UAT, including participation in Customer UAT efforts and ongoing management of UAT findings in collaboration with internal Evinova teams.   

  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor delivery team in testing best practices. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, business units, and vendors to define testing requirements. Maintain a strong partnership and collaboration with internal data science/engineering at the platform level, including capture and knowledge  of customer feedback to internal stakeholders. 

  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine delivery playbooks, checklists, and automation tools to enhance deployment efficiency. Maintain a commercial mindset, ensuring your projects deliver value for both Evinova and customers.  Champion change initiatives by following change management best practices and aligning project outcomes with strategic objectives, product releases and cross-functional teams through complex transitions.

 

About You:

You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and have a strong test management in SaaS delivery for enterprise customers and are skilled at understanding emerging technologies in support of testing best practices within a regulated industry. You thrive in customer-facing roles for emerging technology and are passionate about improving healthcare through technology and work collaboratively and efficiently in cross functional teams.  

 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Test Manager role, preferably within a SaaS or client-facing implementation environment. 

  • SaaS Familiarity: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud-based software delivery. 

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), automated testing frameworks, and API testing. 

  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage client relationships and team performance. 

  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams for successful outcomes for customers and organization. 

  • Domain knowledge: Solid understanding of clinical research systems and data workflows (e.g., EDC, EMR, CTMS, ICF).  

  • Culture: Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, or start-up environments, with the ability to drive action and scalable solution-building.
