Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead with strong Integration Testing expertise to lead QA activities for enterprise SAP programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in testing complex SAP integrations across multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow, system reliability, and high-quality releases. This role will involve leading the testing strategy, coordinating test execution, and working closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy and execution for SAP programs with a strong focus on integration testing.
• Design and manage integration test plans, scenarios, and test cases covering SAP and third-party systems.
• Oversee testing of SAP interfaces such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and SOAP/REST APIs.
• Coordinate with SAP functional teams, developers, middleware teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate system integrations.
• Manage test cycles including SIT, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to QA team members, ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices.
• Ensure proper test data management and environment coordination across systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with DevOps teams to align testing with CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare and present test status reports, risk assessments, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP testing experience, including lead or senior testing responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Integration Testing.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP interfaces: IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• Experience working with multiple SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, etc.).
• Proven experience leading QA teams and managing test cycles in large SAP programs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

 Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP CPI or other middleware/integration platforms.
• Exposure to S/4HANA implementations or migration testing.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and DevOps tools such as JIRA or Jenkins.
• Experience managing large enterprise integration landscapes.
