Overview
Tritusa is seeking a highly experienced, technically strong SAP Test Manager to lead testing across large-scale SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation programs. This role involves leading large-scale, multi-country SAP transformation programs.
We are looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused SAP Test Manager with strong experience across RISE with SAP landscapes, cloud-based SAP environments, and complex enterprise integrations. You will play a critical role in RISE with SAP migrations, S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, ensuring end-to-end quality across functional, technical, integration, automation, and performance testing.ย
Your Role and Responsibilities
โขย ย Define and implement enterprise-level SAP test strategy and governance framework.
โขย ย Lead end-to-end test lifecycle management (UT, SIT, UAT, Regression, Automation, Performance & Security Testing).
โขย ย Drive automation-first testing strategy integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
โขย ย Manage test planning, estimation, resourcing and offshore team coordination.
โขย ย Oversee defect management lifecycle, risk mitigation, and release readiness governance.
โขย ย Govern test environments and test data management processes.
โขย ย Lead data migration testing cycles including reconciliation and validation.
โขย ย Coordinate integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems (interfaces, APIs, middleware).
โขย ย Provide executive-level quality reporting and KPI dashboards.
โขย ย Support Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Requirements
Weโre looking for candidates with a combination of the following:ย
ย
โขย ย 12+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in SAP Testing / QA leadership roles.
โขย ย Strong experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA (On-Prem & Cloud) implementations.
โขย ย Hands-on expertise with SAP Activate methodology and agile/hybrid delivery models.
โขย ย Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis Tosca, qTest, Jira, and HP ALM.
โขย ย Strong knowledge of SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, SCM, HR/HCM, SuccessFactors.
โขย ย Experience with data migration (Migration Cockpit), interface & API testing, IDocs.
โขย ย Exposure to SAP BTP integrations and DevOps pipelines.
โขย ย Experience managing distributed offshore teams (20+ members preferred).
โขย ย Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting capability.
Certifications (Preferred)
โขย ย SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.
โขย ย SAP Cloud ALM Certification.
โขย ย ISTQB Advanced Test Manager.
Nice to Have
โขย ย Experience in SAP RISE transformation programs.
โขย ย Exposure to regulated industries (Banking, Utilities, Public Sector, Healthcare & Life Science).
โขย ย Experience with AI-enabled test optimization solutions
