We are currently searching for a SDET SR:
Responsibilities:

Apply industry-standard test design patterns effectively to elevate existing UI and API test automation frameworks.

Design, write, and maintain clean, scalable automation code across the testing lifecycle.

Lead performance engineering initiatives using advanced tools to identify and remediate system bottlenecks.

Optimize automated release cycles by configuring and managing CI/CD orchestration tools.
-
Interpret complex technical specifications to proactively discover edge cases and deep software behavioral issues.

Translate complex quality risks into clear, actionable engineering tasks for cross-functional teams.

Provide peer-level mentorship to junior engineers, driving code reviews and improving overall team coding standards.

Take strong technical ownership of the automation infrastructure within microservices and cloud-native environments.
Requirements:

Generally 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Test Automation with a proven track record.

Deep understanding of modern software architecture, including microservices, containerization (Docker), and cloud environments.

High proficiency in at least one major language: Python, Java, TypeScript, or C#.

Extensive experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Postman, or RestAssured.

Solid experience in performance engineering using tools like k6, JMeter, or Locust.

Advanced proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Harness, BitBucket, or Jenkins.

High comfort level with cloud-based testing infrastructure like SauceLabs, BrowserStack, or AWS Device Farm.
