Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in automating Web, API, Database, and Regression testing, integrating automation suites within CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating closely with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software releases

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the Application, api/webservices testing efforts within the project teamΒ 
2. Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for api/webservices
3. Automate test cases using Robot Framework and other relevant toolsΒ 
4. Collaborate with developers to ensure the quality of code and applications
5. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
6. Identify and troubleshoot issues in api/webservices functionality
7. Participate in agile ceremonies and provide testing status updates

Skill Requirements

1. Strong experience in api/webservices testing methodologies and tools
2. Proficiency in automation testing using Robot FrameworkΒ 
3. In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (sdlc) and testing processes
4. Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
7. Familiarity with tools like postman, soapui, jmeter for api testing
8. Experience with ci/cd pipelines and version control systems

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in API testing, Selenium, or SDET would be a plus
