About the Role

As a Senior Automation Test Lead, you will contribute handsโ€‘on expertise across system and integration testing while shaping automation practices that support reliable, scalable technology outcomes. Working closely with delivery teams, you will design, build, and execute automated test solutions that improve quality, reduce risk, and support continuous improvement across the software lifecycle.ย 

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts across web, services, batch, and integration technologies to improve test coverage and reliability
  • Execute automated and manual tests, analyse results, and clearly report defects and risks to support informed delivery decisions
  • Partner with developers, business stakeholders, and delivery managers to translate requirements into effective, riskโ€‘based test solutions
  • Integrate automated testing into CI pipelines and test management tools to support efficient, repeatable delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance automation frameworks, tools, and testing processes

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • Extensive experience designing and executing automated testing solutions, including at least two years supporting or leading automation practices within delivery teams
  • Strong handsโ€‘on capability with automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium, Java or C#, and dataโ€‘driven or keywordโ€‘driven approaches
  • Experience testing across complex technology landscapes, including APIs, web services, integration platforms, and databases using SQL
  • Applied experience working in Agile environments, collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate technical testing outcomes clearly to both technical and nonโ€‘technical stakeholders, supporting shared understanding and decisionโ€‘making
