We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality operations with external suppliers. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
As a Senior ESO QA Manager, you will lead supplier quality oversight, ensuring compliance with
regulatory and internal standards. You will drive strategic quality initiatives, mitigate risks, and contribute to cost efficiency while supporting global supply operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead External Supplier Qualification processes.
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all quality-related activities at external suppliers.
Negotiate and finalize Quality Assurance Agreements (QAAs).
Manage complex changes, deviations, and complaints.
Escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely achievement of project quality deliverables.
Conduct internal and external audits (including strategic suppliers).
Drive QMS improvements and process simplification initiatives
What you need to bring to the role:
University degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/API quality assurance or quality operations.
Deep knowledge of GMP regulations (EMA, FDA, CA, etc.).
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent in English.
