Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Test Manager 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead the delivery of QA Services across Salesforce based projects, and other automation solutions across our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation. 

Responsibilities 

• Own and drive end-to-end testing delivery for Salesforce programs across SIT, UAT, and Release cycles. 

• Define and execute test strategy, test planning, and test governance for Salesforce implementations. 

• Lead automated regression strategy using modern tools such as ACCELQ, BrowserStack, Selenium-based frameworks, and Salesforce-native testing capabilities. 

• Build, maintain, and continuously optimize automation suites covering functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing across releases. 

• Manage cross-functional QA teams (manual + automation), and coordinate closely with SFDC developers, architects, integration teams, and business testers. 

• Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to translate solution designs into testable scenarios, automation-ready scripts, and quality gates. 

• Ensure alignment with business stakeholders on test scope, risk-based testing, defect triage, and Go/No-Go decisions. 

• Track and report quality KPIs\: defect leakage, automation coverage, pass/fail trends, regression effectiveness, cycle time, and release quality. 

• Lead defect management and triage, ensuring timely resolution and validation across Salesforce Clouds and integrations. 

• Own release readiness, regression sign-off, environment readiness, and test data strategy. 

• Ensure strong adherence to SDLC and QA best practices, including audit readiness and compliance requirements (SOX where applicable). 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications. 

• Hands-on experience leading automation-first QA programs for Salesforce platforms. 

• Proven experience delivering test management for at least 2 end-to-end implementations each of: 

• Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) – complex pricing, subscriptions, usage-based billing 

• Experience Cloud 

• Salesforce Data Cloud (including Zero Copy with Azure/Snowflake – preferred) 

• Strong experience with test automation tools such as ACCELQ, Selenium-based frameworks, and BrowserStack for cross-browser/device testing. 

• Experience testing Salesforce integrations involving MuleSoft / API-led architectures and downstream systems. 

• Ability to design and govern scalable automated regression suites that support frequent releases. 

• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with experience working directly with Business, Product Owners, Architects, and Program leadership.
