Senior QA Analyst - Solution Delivery for D2C

Location : 100% remote same time zone (EST) - Canada

Mandate duration : 8 mois sur une base horaire de 35h/sem.

The candidate must have the following qualifications to be retained for an internal process:

 Requis :                                       

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-commerce, computer science or in a pertinent field
• 2-3 years experience in the retail Digital/eCommerce, Omnichannel projects.
• Proven success with both automated and manual testing tools and technologies with 5-8 years’ experience in Manual testing.
• Test experiences include planning, assessments, script development and maintenance.
• Experience in Quality Assurance principles, best practices, as well as developing test strategies, manual test plans and test cases.
• Strong knowledge of Database and SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience in Manual testing Web based applications, backend and API.

Job description:

You are a strategic/analytical thinker who can link assignments to the bigger picture. You are also keen on playing a pivotal role in defining the test strategy, test plan and test scripts required to validate the delivery of solution requirements across multiple direct-to-consumer platforms (Commerce Platform, Order Management, PIM-DAM, Payment, SAP ERP, and more).

You have strong knowledge of Ecommerce and Fulfillment solutions and/or implementation


Tâches principales :

• Testing digital solutions (commerce, ERP, finance, customer, etc…) to guarantee they are defect-free and fulfill the quality standards of an organization
• Develop test plans to ensure that all delivery objectives are met (solution requirements, business objectives, non-functional requirements, compliance [ex: SOX])
• Implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance and quality of the service or product
• Play a critical role in all releases by conducting regression and sanity testing.
• Identifies, logs, and recreates error codes, bugs, and defects.
• Report , Assess and escalate issues based on severity
