About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior SDET to join a high-performance Quality and Test Engineering team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and robustness of systems that support complex, high-performance infrastructure. The role involves a combination of test automation, white-box testing, tooling development, and close collaboration with developers to maintain top-tier quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to ensure the quality of critical infrastructure components.

• Contribute to building and enhancing monitoring and validation systems.

• Perform white-box testing with full access to source code and contribute to the overall testing strategy.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand systems, assess risks, and validate use cases.

• Focus on delivering high-quality features through rigorous testing techniques and agile practices.

• Proactively identify areas for test case automation to improve efficiency and reliability.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a QA/SDET/Test Automation role.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ (preference for Python).

• Proficiency in functional testing, test design, and execution.

• Solid understanding of unit testing and test automation frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in UNIX/Linux environments.

• Familiarity with Python scripting and shell scripting.

• Exposure to large-scale distributed systems or real-time infrastructure testing.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
