We are a high-growth Fintech disruptor specializing in Digital Payments and Lending Infrastructure. Our platform processes thousands of transactions per second, requiring extreme precision and security. We are looking for an elite SDET from an IIT/NIT background who can build the automated "safety nets" required for a world-class financial ecosystem.

The Role

As a Senior SDET, you will be responsible for the end-to-end automation of our financial products. You aren't just a tester; you are an engineer who builds complex tools to simulate real-world financial scenarios, including high-frequency trades, split-second payment reconciliations, and complex interest calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Development: Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) tailored for high-frequency transaction flows.

• Financial Logic Validation: Build scripts to verify complex financial arithmetic (Interest rates, EMI schedules, GST calculations, and Wallet deductions) to ensure 100% accuracy.

• API & Microservices Automation: Use RestAssured or Pytest to automate backend API contracts, ensuring that data moving between ledgers and gateways remains consistent.

• Performance Engineering: Use JMeter or K6 to stress-test the system, ensuring the payment gateway can handle massive traffic spikes during peak sale periods.

• Data Integrity: Write advanced SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) scripts to validate that transactions are correctly recorded in the database without any "Race Conditions."

• Security Integration: Implement automated security scans to check for vulnerabilities like SQL Injection or unauthorized API access within the CI/CD pipeline.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT or NIT is mandatory.

• Experience: 4+ years in software engineering/testing, with a focus on automation.

• Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Java or Python. Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Docker, and AWS.

• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Fintech, Payments, or Banking is highly preferred. Understanding of ISO8583, PCI-DSS, or UPI flows is a huge plus.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify "edge cases" in financial transactions where rounding errors or timeout issues might occur.
