About the role
We're seeking a Senior QA Coach to play a key leadership role in driving quality across our software engineering teams. In this pivotal position, youβll champion a shift-left testing mindset and help embed quality at every stage of the development lifecycle.
As a senior member of the team, you'll partner closely with Engineering Managers and fellow QA leaders to foster a culture of excellence through best practices, modern methodologies, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
This is more than a testing role it's about influencing process, and mindset to embed quality at the heart of everything we do.
