As a Software Engineer in Test, you will join Fidelityβs Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit within the Workforce Identity & Access Management product line team. This dynamic, high-visibility team provides access lifecycle control solutions across all Fidelity business units. Your primary focus will be on test automation for our migration to an enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, which will enhance management of access rights across our global enterprise.

The Workforce Identity & Access Management team provides provisioning, lifecycle management, and control assessment solutions to technology teams and applications across Fidelity. We ensure secure, stable access that improves Fidelityβs risk posture, ensures compliance with policy standards, and reduces the overall cybersecurity threat landscape. You will work with global Agile teams, contributing to engineering quality practices and DevOps excellence.
