Senior QA Engineer (55334)

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Senior QA engineer to become a key player in our Lithuania team. If you're a seasoned QA professional and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Konstitucijos 21B, Vilnius, Lithuania

Working Model: Hybrid (after probation period)

This position will be part of Sapiens’ P&C division.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure software meets high quality standards through thorough testing.
• Maintain and develop automation for both existing and next-generation applications.
• Create detailed test plans to prevent critical issues.
• Guide the team in establishing and following best QA practices.
• Identify and suggest improvements for both business processes and software quality.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle—from idea and planning to development, documentation, launch, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with international teams, UAT planning, presentations, or end-user training sessions.

What to Have for this position:

·         4+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.

·         Strong understanding of best testing practices and methodologies.

·         Experience or willingness to learn tools and technologies such as: SQL, REST (Swagger, Postman), Selenium

·         Experience working in Agile development teams.

·         Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.

·         Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Good to have Skills:

·         Interest or experience in the insurance industry.

·         Familiarity with TIA solutions is a plus.

·         ISTBQ certificate.
