• Position Title: QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer
• Working Location: Redhill (Near to the MRT
• Working Hours: 5 days a week (Flexi Hours)
• Salary Package: Up to $6000 (Basic) + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document reliability and performance tests.
• Develop test procedures based on standards, customer needs, and internal requirements.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct internal quality and compliance audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Manage equipment calibration schedules, tolerance limits, and traceability records.
• Work with internal teams and external calibration providers.
• Support root cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.
• Perform additional duties as delegated by Superior.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management, reliability engineering, or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and quality management systems.
• Experience in reliability testing, validation, audits, calibration, and compliance.
• Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Internal or lead auditor certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
