Senior QA Engineer – Automation (5+ Years)

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong skills in automation testing (primarily API) and exposure to AI-based applications. The role involves working closely with engineering teams to ensure quality across AI-driven products.

•           Design and execute test cases for API and UI layers

•           Build and maintain automation frameworks (API-focused)

•           Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

•           Validate AI-driven features such as chatbot responses and workflows

•           Work closely with developers to debug and resolve issues

•           Contribute to CI/CD automation pipelines

•           Ensure proper test data management and coverage

•           Participate in QA processes

•           5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA

•           Strong hands-on experience in API Automation

o          Tools: Postman, RestAssured, PyTest, etc.

•           Experience in UI Automation (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress)

•           Good understanding of test case design and execution

•           Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.)

•           Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines

•           Strong analytical and debugging skills

•           Exposure to AI/ML or chatbot testing

•           Understanding of:

o          Prompt-based systems

o          Conversational flows

•           Basic knowledge of Python / Java

•           Experience with performance or security testing

•           Strong ownership mindset

•           Detail-oriented and proactive

•           Good collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
