Summary

As a Sr. QA Engineer you will drive the evolution of QA automation by designing and scaling a robust framework that empowers multiple teams to test confidently and efficiently. Your focus will be on enabling others to own QA through intuitive tools, not writing tests yourself. You’ll play a key role in technical decision-making, proactively solving challenges, and ensuring the platform’s next phase is delivered safely and at speed.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for:

• Taking our QA automation to the next level. 
• Build and scale an automation framework across multiple teams, allowing us to move quickly with confidence.
• Enabling everyone to contribute to QA – we don’t want you to be the one writing tests. We want you to build and maintain tools which enable those around you to make QA their responsibility.
• Help make solid technical decisions and solve problems as they come up– we will need to both predict future issues and resolve sudden challenging
• Building the next phase of our platform – we have several large engineering challenges coming up, and we need to make sure we can deliver these safely and at speed 

Experience:

• Around 5+ years experience as a professional QA engineer working in automation.
• Experience working with modern QA automation tools such as:

• Cypress / Playwright
• Cucumber
• Gherkin
• Experience working in a cross functional product team, delivering features to production for a large or growing user base
• You are an agnostic Engineer who is not afraid of learning or working with new languages / tools / frameworks
• Ideally, experience working on systems with Blockchain and / or AI.
• Passion for technology and curiosity to try new things
• A love for quality code, testing, and making thing

What to expect: 

If we think your background could be a fit, we will reach out to schedule a call. Our interview process takes place primarily on Microsoft Teams and tends to consist ofthe following stages:

• Call with Head of People or talent specialist (15-20 minutes)
• Interview 1 with one of our Senior Engineer and Managing Director of Engineering (1 hour)
• Interview 2 with our Head of Product (45 minutes)
