Senior QA Engineer (Hybrid in Vilnius/Kaunas/Riga)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you are based in Vilnius, Kaunas or Riga, you have the opportunity to engage in exciting projects within the finance sector.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to detect defects, usability issues, or performance bottlenecks.
• Report, document, and track defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to understand features and technical implementations.
• Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure stability and scalability.
• Drive compliance with QA best practices and continuously improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Several years of experience as a QA Engineer with exposure to complex systems or large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
• Proven experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Strong problem-solving drive with a proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable mindset.
• Skilled at stakeholder management, with excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Background in technologyeducation or prior experience as a developer/tester.
• Experience with large initiatives, complex integrations, or mainframe systems (AS-400) is a plus.

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3500-6000 eur gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
