Your new role:
Weβre hiring a world-classΒ Senior QA Engineer to build the next generation of products that power our marketplace and SaaS platform. Youβll join a high-performing team of engineers, working on sales and marketing automation tools that help workspace operators scale.
This is a high-impact, product-centric role. About 50% of your time will be dedicated to manual feature testing, ensuring a high-quality user experience across our platform. The other 50% will focus on test automation, leveragingΒ Jest and Playwright to strengthen and scale our automated test suites. Youβll collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ship features that matterβand that our customers love.
Youβll report directly to our VP of Engineering and work either from our London HQ or remotely within the UK.
What will keep you challenged:
- Own and execute feature testing from start to finish, balancing manual exploratory testing with automation coverage.
- Design, implement, and maintainΒ automated test suites using Jest and Playwright.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including planning, architecture discussions, QA strategy, and platform scalability.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define test approaches, acceptance criteria, and release confidence metrics.
- Generate ideas for test framework improvements, tooling, and process automation to elevate performance and efficiency.
- Help cultivate a culture of quality and reliability across the engineering team.
- Take ownership of the bug reports & the bug reporting process.
Which skills/traits contribute to your success?
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong balance of manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience writing and maintainingΒ automated tests with Jest and Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies and ecosystems (NodeJS, TypeScript, ReactJS/NextJS, GraphQL & PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with data integrity testing and API testing is a plus.
- Experience working in a product-driven, cross-functional team in a tech-driven startup.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindsetβyou donβt wait to be told what to do.
