Senior QA Engineer (Manual Testing with Automation& AI)

Currently, we are looking to add a Senior QA Engineer (Manual Testing with Automation& AI) to our team.  

This position is full-time and can be fully remote.  

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Analyze requirements and generate testing documentation based on various inputs, including files and database data
• Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback
• Ensure software quality and functionality through manual testing
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential issues
• Maintain and update test documentation and reports

🔹 Qualifications:  

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Solid experience in API testing (REST, JSON, asynchronous systems)
• Experience testing Python applications and ability to write automated test scripts
• Understanding of LLM behavior and limitations
• Experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering concepts and agent architectures
• Experience working with logs, tracing, and observability tools
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Experience in test automation
• Knowledge or experience with low-code / no-code automation tools
