Β We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft DynamicsΒ CRMΒ (preferably On-Premise) and solid experience in the banking and finance domain. The role requires a blend of business understanding and technical skills to perform manual and automated testing ensuring software quality before deployment.Β
- Execute functional, regression, integration, localization, API, and data migration testing on Microsoft Dynamics 365Β CRMΒ and related systems.
- Design and implement manual test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
- Validate external system integrations via REST APIs using Postman or equivalent tools.
- Track and manage defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with Agile teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Perform database testing and data validation.
- Ensure QA best practices and compliance with testing processes.
- Lead and guide testing activities, coordinating resources and priorities.
- Prepare and share test plans, status reports, defect logs, and dashboards.
- Interact with clients to clarify product requirements and testing outcomes.
- Conduct various testing types including End-to-End, Integration, Role-Based, Acceptance, and UI testing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in IT or banking domain with hands-on experience in Microsoft DynamicsΒ CRMΒ (On-Premise preferred).
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and test management tools like JIRA.
- Expertise inΒ CRMΒ modules: Sales and Marketing, Customer 360, ClickDimensions, Customer Service.
- Experience with API testing (Postman or equivalent).
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC, Agile processes, and ceremonies.
- Solid core banking domain knowledge and exposure to banking applications (internet/mobile banking, cards, payments, loans, etc.).
- Intermediate SQL and database testing skills.
- Experience in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Automation testing experience (Selenium or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
