We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer with a focus on Performance to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Build and improve the performance testing process:
β Define the right testing strategy: what types of tests to use, whether thatβs load, stress, long-termβ¦.and at which level
β Choose and implement tools for performance testing.
β Create reusable test scripts and templates based on the product architecture
Integrate into engineering workflows:
β Add performance tests into the existing CI/CD pipeline
β Set up automatic test runs and define clear standards for how and when to run test
Data collection and analysis:
β Set up systems to monitor application performance.
β Collect, visualise, and analyse key performance metrics
β Prepare clear reports with suggestions for improvements
Requirements
β 5+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years focused on performance testing
β Experience in building or improving performance testing processes
β Strong knowledge of one or more performance testing tools.
β Experience adding performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
β Understanding of web application and microservices architecture.
β Ability to work with performance metrics and monitoring systems.
Nice to have:
β Experience in the fintech industry.
β Knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools.
β Worked on high-load systems.
β Relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB in Performance Testing).
