Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strongΒ
background in Salesforce testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over seven
years of hands-on experience in QA, a proven ability to work with Salesforce platforms, andΒ
strong interpersonal and analytical skills. This role requires someone proactive, a quick learner,Β
and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts forΒ
Salesforce applications and integrations.
β’ Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing acrossΒ
Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
β’ Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other QA team members toΒ
ensure high-quality deliverables.
β’ Identify, log, and track defects and drive issues to resolution.
β’ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvementΒ
initiatives.
β’ Document test results, create quality metrics, and provide feedback to enhanceΒ
application usability and performance.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 7+ years of QA experience with a focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and workflows.
β’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).
β’ Familiarity with API testing and data validation in Salesforce.
β’ Proficient in using Azure DevOps, JIRA.
