Senior QA Engineer

Position Summary:Β Β 

Β 

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow test automation and deployment automation using AutomatePro. This role will be part of the ServiceNow COE and will play a key role in driving automation strategy, execution, and scale across the SNOW portfolio.

Responsibilities:Β 

  • Β Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for ServiceNow applications using AutomatePro.
  • Implement and support deployment automation aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide QA leadership for assigned modules and automation initiatives.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex automation, integration, and environment issues.
  • Collaborate with Architects, SNOW delivery teams, and stakeholders to define automation best practices.
  • Support onboarding, mentoring, and enablement of QA and SNOW teams on AutomatePro usage.
  • Contribute to automation frameworks, reusable assets, standards, and guidelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability of automation solutions.
  • Ensure test coverage across regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in QA, test automation, and deployment automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AutomatePro (mandatory).
  • Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or equivalent).
  • Experience in ServiceNow testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Solid understanding of automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.


Good to Have

  • Experience working in a ServiceNow COE or large enterprise setup.
  • Exposure to scaling automation across multiple teams or large portfolios.
  • ServiceNow or AutomatePro certifications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise automation transformations.
