Define and implement enterprise QA strategy for Salesforce Lead-to-Order programs
Establish quality governance models aligned to enterprise delivery standards
Lead both onshore and offshore QA teams (20β30% / 70β80% model)
Drive AI-enabled testing strategy leveraging Tosca (preferred), Copado, and Xenon accelerators
Lead testing efforts across:
Salesforce CPQ
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
ERP and eCommerce integrations
Ensure coverage across Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Order, and Order to Cash lifecycles
Oversee integration, regression, automation, and UAT cycles
Lead QA participation in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Release Planning)
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams
Manage defect triage, risk assessment, and quality metrics reporting
Ensure release readiness and production deployment validation
Coordinate automation teams using Tosca (preferred) and Copado
Implement CI/CD-aligned testing strategies
Drive continuous improvement in test coverage and automation efficiency
Utilize Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel for tracking and reporting
12-14 years of QA leadership experience
Extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Proven experience testing ERP and eCommerce integrations
Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash business processes
Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with:
Jira
Azure DevOps
MS Project
Confluence
Excel
Experience managing Tosca (preferred) and Copado automation teams
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience working with global enterprise clients
Background in AI-driven testing frameworks for Tosca (preferred)
Experience in Salesforce Summit Partner environments
Certifications in Salesforce, Agile, or Testing frameworks (ISTQB preferred)
