We are looking for a Senior QA Lead with deep expertise in ServiceNow automation to lead and scale test automation and deployment automation using AutomatePro. This role will be a key contributor within the ServiceNow COE, responsible for automation strategy, technical leadership, and enablement across the SNOW portfolio.
Own and drive automation strategy and execution for ServiceNow programs using AutomatePro.
Architect, design, and oversee test automation and deployment automation frameworks.
Act as the primary QA automation lead for complex SNOW initiatives and releases.
Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation teams, ensuring best practices and consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity automation, integration, and CI/CD issues.
Partner with SNOW Architects, DevOps, and delivery leaders to embed quality into the SDLC.
Define and enforce automation standards, reusable components, and governance models.
Support onboarding and enablement of large SNOW teams as automation scales.
Review automation designs and code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
Provide visibility into automation metrics, risks, and improvement areas.
