Responsibilities
As Senior Manager, Quality Systems, you will be responsible for and evolve Zealand’s GxP training process within the Quality Management System. You will set the strategy, define a scalable, risk-based framework, and ensure role-based, inspection-ready training across the organization. Partnering closely with stakeholders and SMEs, you will drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and effective onboarding to support a strong learning and quality culture.

We offer exciting responsibilities:

• Process ownership for GxP training within the Zealand Quality System and Veeva Quality Vault – Training
• Define and execute the GxP training strategy aligned with regulatory expectations and company objectives
• Develop, implement, and maintain role-based training curricula and GxP training plans
• Define the roadmap for our Veeva Training Vault and work together with IT to ensure continuous improvement of the system
• Monitor and report training compliance metrics; proactively address gaps and risks
• Continuously optimize training processes for efficiency, digitalization, and scalability; ensure inspection readiness

Candidate profile
You are a structured and collaborative quality professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for enabling a learning culture. You build strong relationships, influence across functions, and translate goals into actionable plans. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Systems within pharma, biotech, or life sciences
• Proven process ownership in GxP training or learning management in a regulated environment
• Hands-on experience with electronic training systems (preferably Veeva Quality Vault – Training)
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations and global training compliance expectations (ICH, EMA, FDA, etc.)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills

Your new team
You will join the Quality Systems team which is a small group of specialists who focuses on maintaining and improving the Zealand Quality System across all GxP areas. The role collaborates closely with process owners, SMEs, our current training admins and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective, compliant training across the business. You will be reporting to the Head of Quality Systems.
