Responsibilities
As Senior Manager, Quality Systems, you will be responsible for and evolve Zealandβs GxP training process within the Quality Management System. You will set the strategy, define a scalable, risk-based framework, and ensure role-based, inspection-ready training across the organization. Partnering closely with stakeholders and SMEs, you will drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and effective onboarding to support a strong learning and quality culture.

Your new team
You will join the Quality Systems team which is a small group of specialists who focuses on maintaining and improving the Zealand Quality System across all GxP areas. The role collaborates closely with process owners, SMEs, our current training admins and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective, compliant training across the business. You will be reporting to the Head of Quality Systems.
