Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior QA Officer - IPQC to join our team and help us maintain top-notch product quality while meeting GMP standards. In this role, you'll validate facilities and equipment, analyze data, and keep all documentation up to date. You’ll work closely with production to ensure everything runs smoothly—testing materials, reviewing GMP documents, and supporting the overall quality process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with GMP standards, maintaining operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
• Perform detailed data analysis and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Play a key role in the implementation and enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous adherence to GMP guidelines.
• Conduct thorough testing and sampling of materials to guarantee adherence to strict quality standards.
• Provide vital support to production, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products while optimizing production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and other departments, to address and resolve quality issues effectively.

Who We're Looking For:

• An Associate degree, Higher diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field, giving you a strong base in science and quality standards.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years in industries like pharmaceuticals, food, or FMCG, where you've successfully ensured product quality and compliance.
• Expert in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and processes like validation and qualification, making sure everything meets industry standards.
• Great at analyzing data and paying close attention to detail.
• Excellent at communicating and working well with different teams and stakeholders.
