Senior QA Project Manager is responsible for driving QA projects in Global environment.  This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and countries.

This position is part of the Global QMS Compliance department located in Brønshøj, Denmark and person will report to Director, Global QMS.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
• Lead project teams, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and adherence to project schedules. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, updates, and issues effectively, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Scientific university degree and several years of professional experience working according to standards and regulatory requirements (f.ex. ISO 13485, IVD, MDD, FDA legislation).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with strong track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
• Fluent English skills.
• Proactive team player who can handle tasks with a high degree of independence.
• Motivated in self-development and efficient in problem-solving and decision making skills
