Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, and ISO 9001 requirements.
Review and assess contractor submittals, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Approvals, and quality-related documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections, surveillance, and quality audits to ensure civil, structural, and finishing works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Monitor construction activities across the full project lifecycle, including earthworks, concrete works, structural elements, and finishes, to verify compliance with quality standards.
Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions; follow up on closure and effectiveness.
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate quality reports, inspection records, and QA/QC documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure effective implementation of quality procedures and timely resolution of quality issues.
Support continual improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance on the project.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or other relevant discipline) preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a Supervision Consultant within the GCC region.
Demonstrated QA/QC experience covering the full project lifecycle, including civil, structural, and finishing works, with strong exposure to ITPs, Method Statements, and Material Approvals.
Certified Quality Professional (e.g., ASQ, CQI, IRCA) preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and documentation skills.
