Senior QA Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities

Review and analyze business requirements and technical specifications from business.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Design and create manual test cases for Salesforce applications and related systems.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Perform functional, regression and UAT testing in Salesforce CRM application.Β
<\/div>
<\/div>
Validate Salesforce components such as custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Use Apex query to retrieve required data stored in servers.Β
<\/div>
<\/div>
Automate the functional test cases during the sprint and maintain a robust regression suite. Report on regression status to key stakeholders.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliveries.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Maintain test documentation and provide test summary reports.

<\/div>Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
<\/div>4+ years of experience as QA testerΒ
<\/div>2+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM testing.
<\/div>Understanding Automation framework and able to convert Salesforce functional test cases to automation test scripts and maintain a robust regression automation suite will be added advantage.
<\/div>Good understanding of Salesforce CRM, including standard/custom objects and business processes.
<\/div>Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
<\/div>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
<\/div>Strong analytical and communication skills.
<\/div>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
<\/div>
<\/div>Preferred Qualifications
<\/div>Automation testing certifications (Selenium / Test Automation Engineer).
<\/div>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
<\/div>Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
<\/div>Knowledge of testing integrations between Salesforce and third -party systems.
<\/div>Hands -on experience or familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) tools that can assist in software testing, such as automated test case generation, defect prediction, or intelligent test data creation.
