Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT QA Executive with 4+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the highest quality standards in software development.

Job Location and Address:

This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:

• Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing strategies.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, industry standards, and SDLC processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress).
• Proficiency in SQL, API testing (Postman, REST Assured), and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git, Jenkins.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex software systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile environments.
