Test Lead
- 10β15 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3β5 years in a Test Lead role.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, Cucumber, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of manual testing techniques including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Proficient in test automation frameworks such as data-driven, keyword-driven, and BDD.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively report issues, risks, and defects to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
