Job Description & Summary
Our team of 30 colleagues has been the driving force for innovation in the area of document automation within the PwC network.
The team operates a platform that is being used in almost 50 countries, will soon provide the services to the whole PwC Network globally and expand to external markets.
Preparation, execution, and recording of test scenarios using a test management tool.
Defect management, tracking, and performing root cause analysis when necessary.
Lead and coordinate testing activities and develop, educate, and mentor junior testers.
Demonstrating and teaching industry best practices to, especially junior testers.
Identifying suitable scenarios for automation and implementing a test tool that allows easy reporting of current status.
Utilizing automated tests - executing and evaluating their results.
Reporting tailored to the audience, with summarized information supplemented with basic statistics and graphs.
Extensive hands-on experience in testing, particularly, executing, and recording the results of test scenarios using a test management tool.
Ability to effectively manage defects, including logging, tracking status, retesting, and potential root cause analysis.
Experience in coordinating testing activities and leading junior testers. Ability to transfer knowledge and demonstrate industry best practices to other team members.
Ability to identify suitable scenarios for automation and implementing a test tool for easy status reporting.
Experience in using automated tests and evaluating their results.
Ability to prepare reports with summarized information supplemented with statistics and insights.

Ability to communicate in English and also Czech.
