Senior Test Lead - Perm/Contract - Melbourne

Requirements<\/h3>

<\/div>

• Must have 8–10 years of experience in test automation with a strong background in designing, developing and maintaining robust test frameworks<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Maintain end\-to\-end test suites for web applications across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Should collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI\/CD pipelines<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide actionable feedback to development teams<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Should optimize test execution time and reliability through parallelization and test isolation Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation Hands\-on experience with Playwright for browser automation.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Expertise in DOM manipulation, selectors, and asynchronous programming<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience with CI\/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)Familiarity with Docker, cloud\-based testing platforms, and test reporting tools<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, including functional, regression, and performance testing<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Should have experience with API testing, mocking, and network interception<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or other automation tools for comparison and migration<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Exposure to Agile\/Scrum methodologies and visual regression testing and accessibility testing<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Familiarity with test data management and environment configuration<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Very Good Communication Skills<\/span><\/span>
