McBride ConsultingΒ has an exciting opportunity for aΒ SeniorΒ Test ManagerΒ to support the Aerospace Dominance Enabler Division (AFLCMC/WNR)at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah.Β WNR functions as the Air Forceβs technical, acquisition, and sustainment experts, providing unique and comprehensive support to the warfighter. The ADE Division is responsible for a vast array of USAF systems, including Electronic Warfare, Range Systems, Range Instrumentation, Air Combat Training and Aircrew Readiness, Command and Control Systems, Advanced Radar Threat Systems, Combat Survivor Evader Locator, P5 Combat Training Systems, Black Switch and Legacy Voice Systems. Furthermore, the ADE Division provides support to depot-level sustainment and maintenance efforts, FMS, U.S. Army, Navy, Pacific Air Forces, Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), and Air Education and Training Command (AETC) on a continuous basis.Β
This is a full time position located inΒ Hanscom AFB, Ogden, UT.

Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:Β
- Provide Test Manager support for test planning and validation and verification support services for PEO Digital Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, AF, HB, and AFLCMC test plans, instructions, policies, and procedures.Β Activities will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives. The Contractor shall provide test report support services by way of the documentation of test events and shall conduct technical reviews of engineering documentation.
- Prepare test plans and procedures
- Prepare Test and Evaluation Master Plans
- Prepare and review test analyses and reports
- Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation
- Monitor test events
- Support certification test activities, including but not limited to Joint Interoperability Test Center testing
- Support training required to execute test activities
- Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations.
- Review and analyze design documentation including engineering drawings and specifications
- Review and analyze engineering performance and technical analysis reports
- Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability
- Review and analyze engineering performance predictions
- Review and analyze trade-off studies
- Support FCAs/PCAs
- Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events
- Teach test engineering/management courses
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications:

Citizenship:Β Must be a US citizen
Clearance:Β Must have an active Secret Clearance and must be eligible for a Top Secret Clearance.Β
Education:Β BA/BS degree and 10 years experience, 5 years of which must be in the DoDΒ OR,
- Β 15 years of directly related experience with 8 years of experience in a DoD setting
- Test Manager's Course certification or course completion desired
- Experience with Agile methods, including testing methods for CI/CD, DevSecOps and DevOps
- Experience with DoD Test and Processes
- Understanding of cloud architectures and impacts to testing methods
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:Β
- Masterβs or Doctorate DegreeΒ in a professional engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited educational program and 10 years experience, 5 years of which must be in the DoDΒ OR,
- Bachelorβs DegreeΒ in a professional engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited educational programΒ and 12 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:Β Bachelorβs degree in a professional engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program, and minimum of 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including at least 5 years supporting DoD programs
- Proficiency in:
- Requirements development, production and deployment, and operations and support
- Architecture development and implementation
- Modeling and simulation, including Model-Based Systems Engineering principles
- Verification and validation processes
- Technical data package development and sustainment
- Principles of configuration management
- Experience with:
- Network architectures, embedded systems, and application deployment across various systems and hardware, including cloud deployment and virtualization
- DoD acquisition processes such as Technology Maturation, Risk Reduction, Engineering Manufacturing Development, and Production and Deployment activities
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Electronic Warfare and/or Air Combat operations, including live aircrew training, development of tactics, techniques, and procedures, and Range Infrastructure architectures and systems
Preferred Qualifications
Education:Β Masterβs degree in a professional engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program
