Senior Test Manager

What’s the Role:

This role provides ART‑level quality leadership, combining end‑to‑end test management, automation strategy, and AI‑assisted quality practices. You will lead quality outcomes across complex initiatives, embed Shift Left practices early in delivery, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture to enable predictable, high‑quality releases

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead planning and execution of end‑to‑end quality strategies aligned to ART goals and business priorities
• Own quality outcomes across squads, including integration and migration testing
• Embed Shift Left and AI‑assisted testing early in the delivery lifecycle
• Orchestrate testing across multiple teams, managing dependencies and external interfaces
• Define and drive automation strategy across UI, API, and integration layers
• Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture to align on quality objectives
• Provide clear quality risk assessments, release confidence, and actionable insights through metrics

What do I need?

 

• Extensive experience as a Senior Test Manager in scaled Agile / ART environments
• Strong experience defining and executing end‑to‑end test strategies, including migration testing
• Proven ability to lead testing across multiple teams and complex dependencies
• Working knowledge of automation frameworks and modern test tooling
• Practical understanding of AI‑assisted testing or intelligent automation techniques
• Strong Shift Left mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience tracking and reporting quality metrics to inform decision‑making
• Banking or regulated domain experience preferred
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Agile, or equivalent certification desirable
