As a Senior Test Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for delivering the test strategy and overseeing the execution of test cycles, from Unit Testing to Acceptance, Performance, and Regression Testing.
- Lead and ensure the operational sign-off for the MVP releases within the Scrittura Replacement journey.
- Manage all aspects of the testing lifecycle, ensuring proper implementation and adoption of test principles.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple areas, including development, users, and infrastructure teams, to ensure the timely setup and execution of testing.
- Collaborate with various squads and areas within the tribe, ensuring that all test cycles are executed successfully and on time.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6-8 years of experience in test management, including all phases of testing (from Unit to Acceptance, Performance, and Regression).
- Expertise in developing and executing test strategies, guiding developers, testers, and users through the testing process.
- Strong background in stakeholder management across different areas, from IT/Operations to Trading.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proven experience in decision-making, prioritization, and assessing severity in test management.
- Familiarity with SQL, Agile methodologies, and test automation is a plus.
- Solid experience in environment and configuration management to ensure the right testing infrastructure is in place.
- A hands-on attitude towards testing and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and test cycles simultaneously.
You should possess the ability to:
- Create and manage test strategies, ensuring all testing activities are aligned with the timelines of the MVP releases.
- Prepare test environments, their configurations, and ensure they meet the requirements for testing.
- Monitor and track test cycles, ensuring proper management information (MI) is in place to follow up and keep testing on track.
- Work in complex, multidisciplinary teams with agility, solving problems and adapting to new challenges.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring smooth execution of testing processes.
