Test Manager
As a Senior Test Manager, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end test management activities across multiple projects and vendors.
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test summary reports.
- Drive defect management and coordinate defect triage processes.
- Manage multiple test cycles including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Plan and manage testing across various test environments and projects aligned with release schedules.
- Guide business users and ensure they are well-equipped to execute UAT efficiently.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless test execution.
- Contribute to non-functional testing including performance and automation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of experience in test management, with deep knowledge of testing principles and methodologies.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale test cycles (SIT, UAT) involving multiple vendors.
- Strong understanding of SAP MM and its integrations.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools like Octane (ALM) and Jira.
- Familiarity with managing multiple testing environments and parallel test projects.
- Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance testing, automation).
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in presenting testing status and snapshots to senior leadership.
You should possess the ability to:
- Work independently and drive the testing process across a complex IT landscape.
- Guide business users and stakeholders through testing activities.
- Create a high-level view of the overall testing landscape and architecture.
- Identify risks, conflicts, and impediments across test projects.
- Adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment with multiple initiatives.
