Senior Test Manager – SAP MM, SNC& UAT Focus

We are seeking a Senior Test Manager with a strong background in test management, SAP MM, and SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SNC) to lead and coordinate end-to-end testing efforts across multiple projects and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of testing methodologies, UAT leadership, and SAP MM/SNC integrations, with the ability to manage diverse test environments and communicate effectively across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Summary Reports
  

• Manage and lead multiple test cycles, especially System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  

• Coordinate testing efforts involving multiple vendors and cross-functional teams
  

• Oversee Defect Management, tracking, triaging, and resolution in collaboration with stakeholders
  

• Plan and manage testing activities across multiple projects and test environments within a release cycle
  

• Provide guidance and training to business users on UAT execution and quality assurance best practices
  

• Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams on SAP MM, SAP SNC, and their integration points
  

• Drive and support Non-Functional Testing, including Performance and Automation Testing
  

• Utilize tools such as Micro Focus ALM/Octane and JIRA for test management and reporting
  

• Identify testing risks, conflicts, and impediments, providing mitigation plans
  

• Communicate testing status, progress, and high-level summaries to senior management
  

• Contribute to defining and maintaining the overall test landscape architecture
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Test Management, ideally within large enterprise or SAP environments
  

• Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management
  

• Hands-on experience in SAP MM and SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SNC), including their integration touchpoints
  

• Experience leading UAT and supporting business teams through testing cycles
  

• Familiarity with test tools like Octane (ALM) and JIRA
  

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and proactively across multiple initiatives
  

• Experience with Non-Functional Testing, such as Performance and Automation
  

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
